**Your new role**
As the team leader of the Quality Assurance Team you will set the branch and team priorities manage the operational team performance against the established KPIs, manage approval workflows and ensure resource management processes and designed, implemented and functioning as intended with effective and efficient controls in place.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have:

- Demonstrated capacity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with the ability to manage changing priorities, forward plan and meet deadlines.
- An inclusive leadership style with a highly developed analytical capacity to support effective decision making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, reports, and legislation.
- Experience in high level reporting, project design and/or briefings.
- Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role
- A current National police clearance issued within the last 6 months
- The ability to maintain a baseline clearance while in the role
