**What is the role?**

We have a rare opportunity to join The Coffee Club marketing team in our dynamic Campaigns Marketing Specialist role

Work across an exciting national brand, with exposure to all facets of marketing in an all encompassing position, responsible for the end-to-end management of The Coffee Club's 12-month promotional calendar, including ideation, campaign development and execution.

Like many roles within our Marketing Team, this role is highly collaborative and partners with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns & promotions to market in line with The Coffee Club brand standards.

If you love writing content there is also the opportunity to develop this skill as part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of end-to-end execution of the 12-month promotion calendar;
- Execution of end-to-end campaigns across ATL, BTL and Owned Media Channels;
- Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders to brief creative collateral, manage development of creative assets and plan and coordinate photo shoots;
- Effectively distribute communications to our wider franchise network.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a passionate and proactive marketer to join our team. The ideal team member will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent, effective communication and interpersonal skills. We're seeking someone with strong organisation and time management skills, who enjoys being results-driven. As well as having a confident and positive personality, we'd love to see:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar marketing role (e.g. retail marketing, brand management, campaign management, marketing coordinator, marketing specialist);
- A Business and/or Marketing degree or equivalent.
