**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**You will have a wide and varied role, with lots of development opportunities, but your core responsibilities will include;**
- Working with the Brand & Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness of all organisational brands & services, and to drive sales leads utilising a multitude of platforms and channels.
- Working with the Brand & Marketing manager to plan and facilitate events, advertising digital marketing and social media schedules & activations.
- Working closely with the sales team on program development and the implementation of tactical activations and promotions.
- Create and execute lead generation programs by keeping databases relevant and contemporary and maintaining within the company Salesforce CRM.
- Analyse data to determine campaign efficiency and provide reporting complete with insights and recommendations to the Brand and Marketing Manager.
- Ongoing maintenance of visual branding elements for all organisational websites and social media platforms, and ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop and communicate tactical marketing campaigns, campaign results and project recommendations to the Brand & Marketing Manager.
- Organise and facilitate organisational run and organisational sponsored events, including occasional requirement to attend & represent the organisation at events and exhibitions.
- Work closely with the organisation partners, agencies and suppliers to develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure delivery of efficient and effective marketing campaigns.
- When required, assist the Brand & Marketing Manager with tactical Public Relations activities and campaigns and promotion of these across all relevant organisational digital and social platforms.
- Where required undertake additional marketing projects or duties to support the Marketing Team in Australia and globally.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**

**We know you will have a wide and varied skill set, but to thrive in this role we think you will need;**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related discipline.
- Recent, commercial experience in a marketing role.
- Recent experience and solid understanding of CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focused and diligent approach to work.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and full Microsoft Office suite.
- Confidence working with several different stakeholders, both internal and external, with excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Experience with Brand Management, preferably within an acquisition environment.
- Experience of project management, able to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, brief agencies and use workflow management software platforms such as Asana.

Interstate travel for conferences and events and work outside of normal hours for meetings may be required from time to time.
