Our client is Australia's largest provider of import and export logistics services, and they are seeking a
**Maintenance Workshop Supervisor** to join their team based in the
**Northern Goldfields** region of WA on a
**permanent fulltime** basis.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role would see you leading the day-to-day coordination of workshop activities.

**The Role**
- 5/2, 4/3 Roster
- FIFO ex Perth (or residential)
- Manage and lead a team of 3-5 employees
- Over-see a fleet of Volvo Mack Prime Movers (up to 10 per shift) and other mobile equipment
- Quality control and oversee to ensure all works being undertaken meet required standards
- Control and manage workshop safety hazards and risks
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendent where required

**Requirements**:

- Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Previous experience as a Workshop/Maintenance Leading Hand or Supervisor
- Previous FIFO/Mining experience
- Strong knowledge of Road Transport vehicle maintenance
- Unrestricted HR Drivers Licence (or higher)
- Experience using MAINPAC system
