We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Student Experience (SX) and Voice Coordinator to help shape ECU’s student retention and engagement strategies. This role is central to embedding the student voice in university-wide initiatives and ensuring that student insights drive meaningful improvements in programs, services, and experiences.
In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of key strategic action plans, focused on student retention, student experience, student health and wellbeing and student voice. You will gather and analyse student-driven insights to inform new engagement models and interventions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed student voice in the design and delivery of student-facing strategies and services. You will also coordinate feedback mechanisms and co-creation opportunities; provide project management support across a range of improvement-focused initiatives and monitor and report on the impact of student engagement strategies using qualitative and quantitative data.
You are a collaborative and insight-driven professional who understands the importance of student voice in shaping the university experience. You bring strong project coordination skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $104,030 TO $116,563 PA (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
