**Property Sales Consultant**
As a Cubecorp Sales Consultant some responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Onsite inspections at one of our beautiful residential projects
- Research and understanding, and continual updates in our Property Market
- Managing customer relations, closing sales, and following up with clients
- Cold calling potential clients, and other traditional methods of lead generation
- Personal marketing via social media and other methods
- Administrative tasks, like maintaining and updating your database
- Attending weekly team meetings and trainings
- Maintaining the Cubecorp brand and professional image
**Requirements**:
- MUST HAVE: Computer or laptop, and smartphone
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
- A passion and interest in Sales and the Property Industry
- Strong organisational and inter-personal management skills
- Self-confident with ability to speak in public
- Professional attire and manner
- A hunger for growth and development
- A willingness to participate on Social Media platforms

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $158,478.64 per year
