The organization is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and implement a comprehensive training program for key members of the organization. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and provides shared services and support, including marketing, human resources and payroll, finance, accounting, IT, and general administration to various services and centers.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing the strategic Learning and Development Framework.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand operational objectives and compliance training needs.
- Creating a strategic framework for the development, delivery, and monitoring of various training programs.
- Reviewing and enhancing the current training schedule, creating high-quality e-learning materials.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the Center's e-learning and other project work.
- Participating in content audits, and providing documentation and feedback regarding overall training activities.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and best practices in e-learning design and delivery, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivery of adult education programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, external stakeholders, and vendors are also required.
