Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Windows Administrator / Support Specialist
to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade and Intune support / configuration piece. The role will provide hands-on technical support and administration across regional offices in NSW, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 11 and Intune. This position is well-suited for a candidate with strong end-user computing (EUC) expertise who can work across both BAU support and project delivery activities.

    6 months (till May 2026) with potential to extend or move permanent

    Sydney-based with regional office support across NSW

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the Windows 11 upgrade program across regional offices
  • Assist with Intune configuration, administration, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Intune-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users
  • Support end-user computing environments including Windows OS, Intune, SCCM, and M365
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of upgrade and support milestones
  • Document configurations, procedures, and support processes for future reference
  • Engage with stakeholders across regional offices to provide on-the-ground technical assistance

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Windows Administrator / Support Specialist
    in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows 10/11 operating systems
    and upgrade processes
  • Hands-on experience with
    Intune
    deployment, configuration, and support
  • Familiarity with
    SCCM, M365, and Active Directory
    administration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across desktop, laptop, and mobile environments
  • Strong communication skills to support and engage with regional stakeholders
  • Ability to work across both
    BAU support
    and
    project-based initiatives
  • Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and sites (preferred)
