**Full Time - 38 hrs, Monday to Friday**
**Essential**:
Good phone manner, courteous and respectful to all Clients and colleagues.
Good verbal and written communication, good listening skills.
Flexible and willing to learn and take instruction.
Professional dress, neat and tidy at all times.
Must have own reliable transport.
**Desirable**:
Previous Customer Service / Reception experience,
Taking phone calls, making appointments using electronic calendar (program training will be provided),
Retrieve files, edit & save documents, maintain digital records,
Create basic letters/invoices using Microsoft WORD (Beginner to Intermediate skill level)
Create basic spreadsheets using Microsoft EXCEL (Beginner to Intermediate skill level)
Filing, copying, scanning and printing of documents,
Incoming and outgoing mail.
**Salary**: From $40,672.25 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wallsend, NSW 2287: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
