Our client is a global provider in digital communications experiencing success and growth within the Australian and global market. Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture you will be a key member of the global team directly responsible for the design and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies.
Partnering with global leaders, you will provide coaching and advice across the whole employee life cycle ensuring employee engagement and driving organisational performance and success. You will lead and support the cyclical HR programs including global salary benchmarking, succession planning and provide coaching and advice on performance management discussions.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and fast paced organisation working within a highly engaged team of professionals delivering global HR strategies that support the broader business goals.
To be successful, you will have proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a complex environment with strong analytical skills. You will have the ability to build key stakeholder management relationships with a track record delivering best practice HR policies and frameworks. You will ideally be tertiary qualified in HR or related discipline and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
