- Immediate start - Initial 3 month contract **with likely extension**:

- $29.92ph + super
- 1 x Riverwood location & 1 x Burwood location
- Full time, Monday to Friday

Our Client is a NSW Government Agency who are responsible for the delivery of services to some of the most disadvantaged individuals, families and communities in NSW. We are seeking a Housing Assistant to join their Burwood team.

The Housing Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing support to the client service delivery team. This will involve providing a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and client service functions.
- Responding to counter and telephone enquiries
- Providing information to Clients and referring Clients' enquiries and information on to relevant staff
- Managing the shared mail inbox
- Managing Client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
- Collating and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a can do attitude with the ability to work within a team
- Be organised and have the ability to manage and prioritise conflicting priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $29.92 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
