Job Description

This role is a key support position for the Back of House Manager/Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in handling deliveries, maintaining order and tidiness of the back of house area, and preventing damage and stock loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor with delivery handling and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to provide product information and customer assistance.
  • Maintain high standards for back of house operations, adhering to company expectations.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of products.
  • Assist in maintaining shop floor standards by replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring all size ranges are available.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate should possess experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Working experience in a back of house or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastic about learning new skills, and willing to take on challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
