ASO5 - Salary Range $85,790 p.a. - $95,413 p.a.

ASO6 - Salary Range $98,478 p.a. - $104,165 p.a.

To be successful in the ASO5 Cyber Security Analyst role you will:

- Contribute to the management of the across government Cyber Security Incident Reporting Scheme including conducting reviews of cyber incidents to analyse their impact on government information security policy.
- Provide advice to agencies and suppliers in relation to cyber incidents, emergency management, and cyber crisis management.
- Contribute to the development of strategic, operational and tactical threat and intelligence products for a range of stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other state and commonwealth government agencies when required in order to report and review cyber security incidents.

To be successful in the ASO6 Senior Cyber Security Engineer role you will:

- Maintain a high-level understanding and knowledge base of relevant tools, emerging technologies and the opportunities and risks they provide.
- Actively engage and communicate with other key state and commonwealth government agencies when required to enable complex integrations of various cyber security technologies.
- Provide technical advice and support to other cyber security professionals in relation to information products, such as log data, that will enhance outcomes.
- Ability to design, develop, document, and implement processes, procedures, guidelines, and solutions.
