It’s where people come to recover, recharge, and feel unstoppable. **What You’ll Be Doing**: You’ll be the go-to person at the centre - leading the team, keeping operations smooth, and creating a space where clients love to come back week after week. - Be the friendly face of RMC, greeting clients with warmth and confidence - Build long-term relationships with our regulars - learn their names, their goals, and what keeps them coming back - Help grow and retain our client base by creating an experience that feels personal, consistent, and unforgettable - Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service, every time - Manage rosters, timesheets, staff performance, and day-to-day operations - Ensure all equipment and recovery zones are clean, safe, and in top condition - Stay across wellness trends and bring fresh ideas to the table - Drive membership and sales growth through local engagement and strategic initiatives - Collaborate with local businesses and gyms to build brand awareness and partnerships - Keep the centre’s energy fun, positive, and focused **Who You Are**: - You’ve got at least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, or hospitality - You’re a people person — charismatic, caring, and a great communicator - You understand the value of client retention and how to create loyalty through trust, service, and genuine connection - You're proactive, organized, and thrive under pressure - You’re sales-savvy and can confidently talk to clients about our services, memberships, and offers - You love leading a team and know how to inspire people to do their best - You’re a multitasking machine with a “get it done” mindset - Familiarity with Mindbody is a plus **What You’ll Love About Us**: - A long-term career opportunity - A fun, passionate team that treats each other like family - The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day - Discounts on all recovery services to keep you performing at your best - A vibrant work environment that values energy, initiative, and human connection **Ready to Lead?** We don’t just want a manager — we want someone who can lead from the front, bring the team together, and turn every client into a raving fan for life.
