**What are we looking for**:
We are currently recruiting for Duty Managers at our Miami Aquatic Centre. CVM offers a dynamic and exciting work environment with flexible working arrangements that encourages a work life balance

**Key Requirements for Duty Manager**
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) **(desirable)**:

- Current First Aid **(desirable)**:

- Current Pool Lifeguard **(desirable)**

**Duty Manager Duties**
- Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, can-do attitude
- First point of contact for staff on shift
- Open and clear communication between you and the team
- Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
- Administration and financial adhoc tasks
- Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
