We are committed to helping every team member to be their best self by investing in their development and rewarding their commitment. **What are we looking for**: **CVM offers all the below qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees** **Key Requirements for Duty Managers & Customer Service Attendants**: - Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude - Current Blue Card (Working with children check) **(desirable)**: - Current CPR **(desirable)**: - Current First Aid **(desirable)**: - Current Pool Lifeguard **(desirable)** **Duty Manager Duties**: - Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, can-do attitude - First point of contact for staff on shift - Open and clear communication between you and the team - Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities - Administration and financial adhoc tasks - Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure **Customer Service Duties**: - Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude - Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk - Upsell memberships, visit passes and retail items to all customers **What are the perks?** Our company culture thrives on a positive team environment and the focus on every role contributing to high performance outcomes.
