The Star Gold Coast are currently looking for a passionate Food & Beverage **Assistant Venue Manager** to join Cucina Vivo and Kiyomi Working closely with the Venue Manger and Supervisors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurants, ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.

**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive restaurant experience, with previous leadership experience in a high-volume or fine dining venue
- Natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues Certificate (RMLV)
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
- Ability to manage daily labour and stock control
- Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials
