The Role:

As Venue Manager, you're the go-to for everything operational-from opening and closing, event setups, staffing, and vendor partnerships, to stock control and financial reporting. You'll create a safe, welcoming atmosphere while driving profitability and efficiency across the venue.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing venue or hospitality operations (community clubs a bonus)
  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for coaching and rostering staff
  • Solid financial management abilities, including budgets, stock, and POS systems
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance frameworks
  • Someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and keeps cool under pressure

Requirements:

  • RSA, RSG, and RMLV (ideal) certifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, patience and positive mindset
