**THE ROLE**

We're excited to announce Laser Clinics Australia, the global leader in Aesthetics, has a Clinic Manager opportunity.

Working at our iconic **Karrinyup** location, your role is to lead, coach, inspire and drive the performance of the clinic team.

Established in 2008, Laser Clinics is the market leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Our business is made up of laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables, body sculpting, advanced skin treatments, and high-performing skincare brand, Skinstitut.

You’ll manage a team of skin-enthusiastic professionals, leading a team of all levels, from graduate to senior Therapists and Cosmetic Medical Professionals.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day-to-day retail disciplines (end of day, stocktake, roster optimisation etc)
- Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
- Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
- Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic
- Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership
- A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
- Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong brand alignment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- High computer literacy
- Business Qualifications desirable
