Our client, has an exciting opportunity open for a Project Administrator located in Perth. The role itself has a variety of administrative duties, so no day will ever be the same.

**Responsibilities**:

- Admin point of contact for all Telecoms M&S staff
- Administer of duty roster
- Coordinate timesheets and leave forms
- Administer payroll and additional payments/allowances. Process expense and leave claims
- Book training, organize site Inductions and LMS
- Administer the training matrix register
- Onboarding new Indirect / permanent staff, organize IT equipment and assist with the Office set up
- Onboarding new starters onto Client’s system
- Injury Management Coordination for the Project
- Administer of HSE registers
- Manage staff mobilisations and demobilisations
- Weekly Injury Management report
- Maintain Mix Telematics (IVMS)
- Support for internal Surveillance Audits in accordance with the audit requirements
- Prepare including collating data / information from various resources
- Monthly HSE reporting - Internal and External
- Organise invoices approval in timely manner
- Book flights and accommodation
- Staff mobilization to respective facilities
- Administer document control as required for the Contract - i.e. updating Document Register
- Administer the filing system, document transmittal, document archives, manually and electronically

About you:
**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Education

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in project administration, working with multiple projects and conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Experience in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Possess the ability to work as part of the team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational capabilities
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
