**Responsibilities**:

- Updating, implementing, and supporting policies, procedures, and programs to ensure recovery, security, and integrity of critical systems and data
- Designing, implementing, and communicating IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans and processes
- Reviewing and updating the IT Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and critical recovery measures (e.g., RTO, RPO, MAO)
- Developing procedures, checklists, and playbooks for critical activities such as service restoration and recovery from unplanned data center outages
- Maintaining, testing, and improving the IT Disaster Recovery Plan, associated procedures, and supporting documentation over time

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity role
- Previous experience in IT risk assessment
- Strong background as a business analyst
- Membership in BCI or DRII or a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) is desirable
