**The Role**:
Our client is a global organisation on the lookout for an experienced IT Disaster Recovery Analyst to join their team.
- $120k - $130k + Super (Depending on Experience)
- Disaster Recovery / IT Risk Assessment / Documentation
- Sydney Based - 6 Month Contract

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Drive the design, implementation and communication of IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans and processes
- Review and update the IT Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- In conjunction with business product owners, review and update critical recovery measures (eg RTO, RPO, MAO) and align related interdependencies
- Develop procedures, checklists and playbooks for critical activities (eg restoration of service procedures, recovery from unplanned datacentre outages etc)
- Ensure that the IT Disaster Recovery Plan and associated procedures and supporting documentation are maintained, tested and improved over time.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Role
- Previous experience of IT risk assessment.
- Previous business analyst experience
- Membership of BCI or DRII or a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) - Desireable
