- Serve customers in their time of need by providing expert disaster recovery services.
- Make a positive impact on communities affected by disasters.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to company and industry specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and ensure all company equipment is properly maintained.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
