A Disaster Recovery Specialist with a leading provider of restoration and reconstruction services has the opportunity to make a difference in their community by serving others in times of need. The role requires a high level of performance in disaster recovery, mitigation, and restoration services.
- Serve others within their community in times of need.
- Make a positive impact for those affected by disasters.
- Work diligently to complete projects, including disaster mitigation and restoration.
- Be empathetic and responsive while communicating through modern technology.
- High-level performance of water damage mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications under supervision.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
- Support team members and lead by example when opportunities arise.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if required.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
- Desire to continually learn and develop new skills.
