Disaster Recovery Specialist

A Disaster Recovery Specialist with a leading provider of restoration and reconstruction services has the opportunity to make a difference in their community by serving others in times of need. The role requires a high level of performance in disaster recovery, mitigation, and restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-level performance of water damage mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications under supervision.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Support team members and lead by example when opportunities arise.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if required.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn and develop new skills.
