With two main acute facilities based at Leongatha and Korumburra, GSHS offers a broad range of specialist, general, acute, subacute, ambulatory, residential aged care and community services.**About You**
You are an experienced HR administrator or a recent HR Graduate who wants to take the next step. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager you will be a key support for our Managers and staff to deliver accurate and timely P&C Advice. You will have a varied role, covering P&C, OHS, and WorkCover and will be supported with professional development to ensure your practice is contemporary. This role is a part time ongoing position, 64 hours per fortnight, giving you excellent work life balance. This is an exiting time at GSHS as we focus on implementing our new Wellbeing Strategy - Flourish with Us, and this role will be important in implementing the plan and will take on the Wellbeing Officer portfolio.**You're Perfect for the Role**:

- A minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources or Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to provide accurate and timely advice to key stakeholders on process, policy and entitlements
- Demonstrated experience as an efficient administrator
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence change
- Strong computer literacy
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
- Return to Work Coordinator
- Certificate IV in Human Resources (or similar)
