**About our Opportunity**

This position aims to contribute to the JELD-WEN Project Management Office (PMO) by leading and managing IT-related projects for business functions.

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for enabling and facilitating the work that is done by the project team. Manage projects to scope, budget, and resource and provide reports on the status of the IT portfolio and health of in-flight projects.

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for the following areas:

- Manage projects to scope, budget, resource and provide reports
- Set and embed consistent methods, standards and processes
- Schedule and resource projects sufficiently to meet the demand
- Assist with reporting on metrics across the IT portfolio to assist senior management
- Perform regular project reporting, concerning schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, team, stakeholders and benefits.

**About You**
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively influence
- Highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or business-related field
- Relevant IT &/or PMP certification (ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP) - Highly desirable
