This is a fantastic opportunity to join our greenfield SAP implementation on a multi-year secondment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Define and lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics strategy aligned with program goals, business requirements, and SAP best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage standard SAP reports and analytics content to reduce custom development and accelerate delivery.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement reporting optimizations to improve performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions across SAP modules in scope.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data visualization requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

**Who are you?**
- 10+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, with a strong focus on ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA
- Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboard development, predictive analytics, and planning scenarios, including integration with S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI - data modeling, DAX, custom visuals, and enterprise report development - with seamless integration into SAP and other enterprise data sources.
- Demonstrated history of working on end-to-end SAP implementations- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including cross-functional collaboration with business users, IT, and third-party vendors.- Excellent communication skills with experience in executive reporting, storytelling with data, and driving adoption of self-service analytics.
