ERP PMO Lead
to keep this complex, high-profile program running like clockwork.

This role is a c.3 year fixed-term contract based in Surry Hills, NSW.

What you'll do:

  • Be the right hand to the ERP Program Director
    – providing the structure, governance, and oversight that keeps the program on track. Attend meetings on their behalf, including Steer Co's and other executive-level meetings
  • Keep the plan moving
    – tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Own the governance process
    – ensuring project documentation is accurate, approved, and up to quality standards.
  • Control the numbers
    – manage large budgets, forecasts, and investment plans with precision.
  • Bring people together
    – connect technical and business stakeholders, keep everyone informed, and make sure decisions happen on time.
  • Drive continuous improvement
    – refine how we plan, report, and deliver as the program evolves.

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years in PMO environment, ideally on large-scale ERP/SAP or IT transformation programs.
  • Big 4 consulting experience is strongly preferred
  • A solid grasp of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing project schedules, reporting, risks, budgets, and documentation.
  • Confident enough to act on behalf of the Program Director and attend Steer Co. meetings on their behalf
  • A high level of financial acumen, able to manage and understand complex project budgets and investment plans
  • Strong MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, and MS Office skills.
  • A knack for building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a detail-focused approach in high-paced environments.
