**Seaform Perth (Joint Venture)**: Seaform is an exciting new venture specializing in luxury Kitchen, Cabinetry & Wardrobe solutions. Seaform is dedicated to providing innovative, high-quality products for discerning customers seeking premium German finish that complement their luxurious homes.

Together, Lifewood and Seaform Perth offer a diverse range of exceptional products, and as the **Site Supervisor**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both brands maintain the highest standards of **installation, customer service, and project management**.

**What the Role Looks Like**:
As a **Site Supervisor**, you will oversee the entire installation process for both Lifewood’s luxury timber flooring and Seaform’s Products. You’ll ensure installations run on time, stay within budget, and meet or exceed the exceptional quality standards our customers expect. Your responsibilities will span both product ranges and include:
**Site Inspections & Preparation**: Conduct detailed pre
- and post-installation site inspections for both timber flooring and Kitchen projects, ensuring the site is fully prepared for the job at hand.

**Team Management**: Supervise and lead a diverse team of installers and contractors across both Lifewood and Seaform installations. Provide clear direction and maintain high standards of performance and quality control.

**Customer Experience**: Handle customer communication, address concerns on-site, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Resolve any disputes or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business.

**Coordination & Scheduling**: Collaborate with the scheduler on installations for both product ranges, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate installations, and quick resolution of any issues that arise during the project.

**Quality Control**: Ensure all installations (whether for timber flooring or kitchens) are completed according to the quoted specifications and high standards. Inspect work for quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Repairs & Warranty Management**: Oversee the coordination of any repairs, warranty claims, and rectification work for both product ranges. Address any issues quickly and ensure all warranty work meets the standards Lifewood and Seaform are known for.

**Production & Financial Oversight**: Track project costs, ensure that each job is completed within budget, and monitor installed profit margins to match quoted figures. Maintain accurate reporting on costs, progress, and timelines for both Lifewood and Seaform projects.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Follow up with customers post-installation, encouraging referrals, feedback, and promoting ongoing business for both Lifewood and Seaform Perth.

**What You Will Achieve**:
