Our venue is dedicated to exceptional service, a carefully curated selection of premium wines (local and international), and classic, well-executed cocktails.

The Venue Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Venue, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. They will have a deep appreciation for high-end beverages and music, a strong background in hospitality, and a passion for crafting a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Guest Experience & Atmosphere
- Foster a refined yet relaxed environment where guests feel welcome and valued
- Curate and maintain an inviting ambiance that aligns with the venue’s vision
- Ensure music programming complements the venue’s ethos and clientele

Beverage & Service Excellence
- Maintain a premium beverage program, with a focus on high-end wines and classic cocktails
- Train staff on product knowledge, service standards, and customer engagement
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation

Operational Management
- Oversee stock management, including ordering and supplier relationships
- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and RSA regulations
- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling

Financial & Administrative Duties
- Monitor venue performance and report to the Venues Director
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and budgets
- Work with the leadership team to refine and improve service offerings
