The Geelong Neuro Centre has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic medical receptionist with great people skills to join our team.
Geelong Neuro Centre is an innovative partnership of established health providers that provide client-centred, holistic rehabilitation opportunities for those presenting with neurological and traumatic conditions in a clinic, home and community environment. **What does the role involve**:
- Being the face of the clinic and the first point of contact for clients, support workers & families
- Answering & managing telephone calls with a smile on your face
- Processing client payments (including HICAPs & Medicare)
- Scheduling client appointments
- Data entry, updating and creating client files and scheduling appointments
- Communicating with the GNC team as well as external parties (Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and suppliers)
- Be a part of creating a warm and welcoming space for our clients and team
