Opportunity to support an executive within the Public Sector

**Your new company**
Our client within the Public Sector seeks a Personal Assistant to join their high profile team on a temporary basis starting ASAP.

**Your new role**
As the Personal Assistant your duties and responsibilities for this assignment include:

- Organise executive calendars and ensure required materials for appointments, meetings, conferences, and seminars are efficiently prepared
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, making editorial changes, and contributing to content where needed
- Coordinate all travel arrangements and related logístical requirements
- Compile daily priority listings and review with management team the key issues, action items, pending deadlines and alterations needing to be made
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including invitations, facilities, catering, equipment, materials, agendas, minutes, follow-up, guest liaison, and other related requirements
- Organise and maintain executive's files, records and other materials

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Related experience with progressive levels of responsibility in PA/EA roles
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced organisational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff
- Present a professional and positive image
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
