Job Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom use.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Support clients with household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Support.
- Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
