Full Job Description

Our compassionate team of Assistant in Nursing & Personal Care Workers are the first point of call when facilities experience staffing challenges. With a streamlined recruitment process allowing you access to all aged care facilities, major hospitals, and community organisations on the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales.

The Role

Providing opportunity for dedicated AINs and PCWs to join our team; delivering nursing support in aged care, hospitals, and community settings. Must have an enthusiastic "can do" mindset and readiness to travel to diverse facilities to gain valuable experience.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support with a minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience in aged care or hospital settings
  • EN & RN students – must have completed 2 placements in the last 12 months (1 aged care, 1 clinical)
  • Work rights in Australia
  • Valid National Police Clearance
  • Full immunisation records
