**The Role**

ASAP Roadworthys, nestled on the scenic Gold Coast, is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Personal Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, managing a diverse array of administrative tasks with finesse. From scheduling and correspondence to project coordination, you will be the linchpin that enables our leaders to work effectively and efficiently.

**Essential Qualifications & Qualities**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Casual

**Hourly rate**: $30 - $35 per hour

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
