**Position Overview**:
Working part-time (21 hours per week), the Waste Education and Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive waste education and minimisation programs, with a strong focus on the implementation of a Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) collection service and a Community Recycling Centre (CRC). This role involves managing resources, monitoring project performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing waste education programs, providing technical support to the community, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance resource recovery and reduce waste contamination.
- Minimum Diploma level qualifications in Education, Communications, Business, Sustainability, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating education programs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the community.
- Experience in event management and implementing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
