We are looking for a compassionate and reliable **Domestic female Support Worker** to join our team and make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

**Please note**: Due to the participant’s communication needs and dementia-related challenges, she has requested support workers who speak **clear, fluent English** to ensure effective communication and understanding during support.

In this role, you will support individual in their home by assisting with day-to-day living activities such as:

- Preparing nutritious meals
- General household cleaning and tidying
- Changing bed linen and laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting personal care routines as required

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with **dementia**:

- Experience providing **personal care**:

- Minimum **Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support** (Mental Health qualifications highly regarded)
- Valid **driver’s licence** and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- A **genuine passion** for making a positive impact in the lives of others
