Are you a compassionate, reliable, and professional support worker looking to have a real impact? We’re currently seeking **Female Disability Support Workers** to provide person-centred 24/7 care in a participant’s home in **Tweed Heads, NSW**.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team in delivering meaningful care that enhances independence, safety, and quality of life.

**About the Roster**:
We are seeking a 24/7 care team to support an individual participant. Shifts will rotate across weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight stays.

**Shift Structure**:

- **Morning**: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- **Afternoon**: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Evening + Passive Sleepover**: 6:00 PM - Sleepover - 6:00 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers using Sara Stedy
- Providing medication prompts and monitoring
- Meal preparation and support with nutrition
- Light domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry)
- Encouraging social engagement and community access
- Documenting progress and reporting health changes

**To Be Successful, You Will Need**:

- Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Minimum 12 months of disability support experience (paid or lived)
- Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Female applicants only, due to the personal care requirements of the client
