**Female Disability Support Workers - MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Care**

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are seeking dedicated female Disability Support Workers to join our professional and supportive team providing 24/7 care to a female participant living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

**Roster Structure (Rotating)**:

- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- Evening + Passive (wake-up assistance) Sleepover: 6:00 PM - 6:00AM

This role involves weekday, weekend, and passive overnight shifts on a rotating roster.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Delivering personal care and hygiene support with sensitivity and respect
- Supporting with daily living tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Encouraging and enabling social and community participation
- Meal preparation and assistance with nutritional needs
- Providing mobility support (including Sara Stedy transfers)
- Administering or assisting with medication

**To Be Successful, You Will Need**:

- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Full working rights in Australia
