Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others? We are seeking female Disability Support Workers to join our supportive team, providing 24/7 in-home care for a participant in Tweed Heads.

Roster Structure (rotating):

  • Morning: 6:00am – 12:30pm
  • Afternoon: 12:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Evening & Passive Sleepover: 6:00pm – passive overnight

Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and hygiene support
  • Assist with domestic tasks and maintaining a safe home environment
  • Support social and community participation
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
  • Assist with mobility (including Sara Stedy transfers)
  • Provide medication administration support

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Disability
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Minimum 12 months' direct or lived experience in disability support
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Full Australian working rights
