_**Assistant Strata Manager/**_Strata Search - Flexible & Mostly Online

Are you familiar with the world of strata and keen to put your skills to use in a supportive, flexible environment? We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in strata (or strong familiarity with strata terms and processes) to join our team.

**About the role**
Your main responsibility will be conducting strata searches and preparing inspection reports for buyers of strata-titled properties (such as residential units or townhouses). Don’t worry - if you’re across the basics of strata and where to find things, we’ll provide training and guidance to get you up to speed. Rookies with the right attitude are welcome

**What you’ll be looking at in reports**:

- Current property ownership and voting rights
- Structural or building defects
- Planned or previous major works
- Levies (quarterly and special)
- Capital works fund forecast
- Strata scheme insurance
- By-laws (pets, parking, etc.)
- Compliance documents (fire safety, lifts, etc.)
- Disputes or breaches of by-laws
- Minutes from AGMs and Committee Meetings

**Who we’re looking for**
- At least 2 years’ experience in strata OR strong familiarity with strata terms/processes.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working online.
- Self-motivated and reliable - with a willingness to learn and grow.
