About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Strata Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn, and has a customer service focus.
The position will be based out of our Menai office, located in the Sutherland Shire.
To be successful in this position, you must have a can-do attitude, high work ethic, customer service focus, and a mature outlook.
Key Duties Include
Managing a portfolio of clients
Liaising with owners, committee members, and agents
Reviewing financials
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Being able to multi-task
Being a team player
Preparing meeting notices and agendas
Attending meetings as required
Providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication
Maintaining a high work ethic
