The role

As part of our Customer Delivery team, you'll support the smooth and efficient delivery of insurance policies to our customers. You'll learn how our systems work, develop an understanding of risk management and help us maintain service excellence.

What you'll do:

• Support underwriters with policy processing and document handling.
• Respond to Broker, Strata Manager and Lot Owner's requests.
• Ensure data is accurately captured in our systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share ideas for improvement.
• Manage task trackers and meet service deadlines.

About you:

• Completed a Tertiary Qualification in business, economics or commerce and/ or have relevant experience in Administration, Customer Service or Data Entry.
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team.
• Motivated to learn, curious and a desire to find solutions for our customers.
• You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
