The Role

Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Cheese Group. Freshly renovated and looking brand new, you’ll enjoy lots of natural light and great facilities to take advantage of including a fully stocked fridge loaded with a range of Bega products We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes, and bars.

In this Payroll Compliance Analyst role you will maintain the critical link between Payroll, key stakeholders, and the wider business, ensuring seamless interfacing of payroll information and providing specialised Payroll data analysis and reporting.

This role is Docklands based and also is flexible to be a Hybrid role both working from home and the office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Review, interpret, and analyse multiple Enterprise Agreements and modern awards- Design and enhance governance and ensure compliance through regular audit processes- Provide regular reporting over key payroll metrics to monitor compliance with entitlements and draw insights into trends or issues- Contribute salaries and wage information for budgeting and forecasting purposes- Project work as required including assessment of implications and change management for any new legislation or other changes impacting payroll

About you- Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Business, or related field desired- Understanding of payroll and industrial instruments- Experience analysing large and complex data information- Ability to interpret Agreements and Awards to provide certainty in compliance approach- Strong knowledge Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll and time in attendance systems
