Our client is a dynamic and innovative international electrical goods company with a focus on local growth and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the ANZ FP&A Manager, the Finance BP will be responsible for supporting key aspects of the finance department whilst working with regional and corporate finance teams and corresponding departments.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Strengthening the forecast and budget processes around sales, trade spend, operational, advertising and admin expenses
- Identifying business drivers and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation
- Preparing comprehensive monthly management reports
- Working closely with the outsourced financial service team
- Working cross-functionally to develop dashboards to track both financial and operational KPIs
- Assist in the preparation of periodic business reviews
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Key requirements include**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in across accounting, financial analysis, commercial analysis, or a related role
- Strong self-leadership and self-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools is highly desirable.
