About the role
Join ACMI as our Governance Advisor and play an instrumental role in the effective governance of ACMI. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Governance this role provides assistance to management, Board Secretariat support plus governance, procurement and compliance services. Supported by an experienced team you'll work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders across ACMI and externally providing advice and services. This is a full time ongoing hybrid role, based in Naarm/Melbourne's Fed Square.
What you'll bring to the role
- Practical experience working in a governance capacity with extensive Board experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and contract management principles.
- A tertiary qualification in law, governance or related discipline is preferred.
