Administration and Operational Supervisor

As this business sees year on year success, they are seeking to appoint an Administration and Operational Supervisor with a strong understanding of internal operational functions and supervisory skills.
This position is responsible for providing business assistance to all minerals divisions including their investment and trading arm. The successful applicant will have proven success in monitoring and coordinating workloads of various team members across a collection of subsidiaries. With a solid understanding of business compliance, workflow management and supervision of all internal operational processes covering administration, research, analysis, reporting, monitoring shipments and liaison with both suppliers and internal customers.
The responsibilities of this opportunity include but are not limited to:
- Full administration support and assistance to all divisions including general office running and operational requirements whilst supervising an administration coordinator
- The review and improvement of processes and procedures;
- Administration assistance in operational reporting;
- Monitoring of account payables and cash calls;
- Communication with numerous internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring of export operations relating to mineral shipments;
- Review of sales contracts, invoice payments and receipts;
- Ensuring effective internal controls across compliance with both company and government requirements;
- Gather and Share relevant market intelligence
- Support team and divisions in regards to new projects
- Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed;
- Coordinating internal and external audit, collating relevant information when required.
- Monitoring accounting and liaison with treasury - monitor payment, progress, maintain data in SAP, check monthly business reports, expense allocation to divisions and subsidiaries
