If you love the industry and are looking for a chance to really get your hands on shaping the culture and organisation of the kitchen, this is the job for you We are ready to take it all on, come help us About the role You will have experience in a fast pasted kitchen, confidence and culinary skills to deliver beautiful food & a keen eye for the operations side of things. Our Kitchen Operations supervisor will prioritise: - HACCP practices and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is held to a 5-star standard. - Stock control and rotation - Stock is well cycled and managed effectively - Ordering - work with our amazing Site manager to ensure all ordering requirements are monitored and made known within the appropriate time frames. - Show creativity, autonomy and flexibility. - Administration responsibilities - receive orders from our sales team and plan menus, ordering schedules and prep schedules accordingly. - Coordinate catering with the Site manager to ensure orders are executed on time and to the level of quality desired. - Some work from home hours within this role are possible too - Work with our current kitchen team to make some magic Qualifications & experience - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. - Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a cafe or commercial kitchen. - Drivers License & reliable transport to and from work. - Experience and technical ability to effectively use work calendars & software.
