About the role
The SOPD Administration Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and support to the Specialist Outpatients Department Administration Team to ensure delivery of high quality, client focussed frontline services in a fast paced and demanding environment supporting a wide range of Outpatients clinics and Referral management.
About you
- Demonstrated management and problem-solving skills of day-to-day issues within a front-line Administration team/Clinical environment.
- Demonstrated highly developed administration skills including utilisation of contemporary information technology systems.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with team members, staff at all levels and patients.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to plan, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and be adaptable in a team environment.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- This position will be required to work across the various facilities throughout the West Moreton Health.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
