**Job Type**: Part-Time / Casual (Monday, Rotating Wed and Saturday)

Salary is to be negotiated.

At Future Health Dental Centre, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and friendly environment. We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to both the clinical and administrative sides of our practice, with responsibilities alternating between assisting with dental procedures and managing the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Dental Assistant:_
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, and set up treatment rooms for procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with patient care instructions.
- Manage inventory and ensure that dental supplies are well-stocked.
- As a Receptionist:_
- Greet patients and manage the front desk with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
- Manage patient records, billing, and insurance verification with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure that appointments run smoothly and on time.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with dental software is regarded
- Certification in Dental Assisting (if applicable) is desirable.
